Title III of the ADA imposes many legal obligations on businesses with regard to people with disabilities and allows for enforcement lawsuits by private litigants and the U.S. Department of Justice. The new Biden Administration and the COVID 19 pandemic have created new compliance issues and increased litigation exposure, resulting in record-breaking lawsuit numbers for 2021. This program examines the hot issues and litigation trends of 2020 and 2021 which will likely continue into the next few years.
