The course will cover an in depth look at 3 dental malpractice cases and explore them from the clinical components through the preparation and presentation of the cases. These cases involve common procedures and the course will provide an in-depth look at what is needed for a clinical understanding of the dental anatomy, as well as diagnostic and treatment modalities for each. From there, the course will explore the lawsuits from discovery to conclusion and address the strategies, from both plaintiff and defense perspectives, in the preparation and presentation of the cases.
