Copyright Law: An Illustrated Voyage (On-Demand)

$169.00

Copyright law is one of the hottest areas in the American legal landscape.  Last term the U.S. Supreme Court decided two important copyright cases and granted petitions for certiorari in two more.  In the last year, attorneys acting as “copyright trolls” using the U.S. court system for an extortion scheme were sentenced to jail.  Litigation pitting creators against technologists clogs our court system.  Depending on who you talk to, copyright acts either as an engine of – or an impediment to — economic growth.
