Employee’s Rights with Regards to the Vaccine Mandates (On-Demand)

Starting with the constitutionality of vaccination requirements, this course will explore the validity of employment vaccinations policies, both obligatory and optional, as they divergently exist throughout different regions of the United States. Then, the course will move from the macro to the micro where it will discuss individualized accommodation requests, under Title VII and other similar anti-discrimination statutes, for those with disabilities and sincerely held religious beliefs. Wrapping it all up, this course will detail how employers and employees are litigating vaccination issues with a focus on failure-to-accommodate lawsuits.
