Food Truck Law: Legal Considerations for Mobile Eateries (Retired)

$0.00

Food trucks and other mobile eateries (carts, trailers, etc.) have become a nationwide phenomenon.  With a lower financial barrier to entry than restaurants and no shortage of hungry customers, it appears that mobile eateries are here to stay. With this rapid proliferation of mobile eateries has come a corresponding “proliferation” of regulations to govern the industry. This seminar will address the evolving landscape of health and municipal regulations governing mobile food businesses.  It will also provide best practices for regulatory compliance for mobile eateries operating in multiple jurisdictions. The presentation will also include information regarding menu drafting, labeling, and advertising considerations. Finally, the discussion will include tips on navigating common operational issues in order to reduce the risk of liability for mobile eatery clients.
