Legal marijuana sales are expected to exceed $24.5 billion dollars by 2021, and this course will provide a concise look at a wide range of legal issues, focusing on tax implications, for those involved in the medical marijuana industry. At least 29 states have legalized the use of medical marijuana, and 8 states have legalized recreational adult use.
