Course Description

Presenter Paul Kiesel has completed over a dozen jury trials in the last few years, 4 in the last 5 months with verdicts ranging from 6.2M to a finding of willfulness on the part of Ford Motor Company on a defective transmission in both an MDL and a JCCP action and each of them has been paperless. From a five-week trial with thousands of exhibits and over 50 depositions to a one-week trial with just a few dozen exhibits, it is easily scalable. His firm has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars by being in control of the exhibits and technology.

In this course, we will explore ways you can use the iPad in your practice. Toward this end, we will look at some new applications that can improve your efficiency, productivity and overall enjoyment of the iPad. We will discuss the iPad Pro 12.9 and the iPad mini as well.
