JUSTIN M. GILBERT regularly speaks on estate, probate, and tax planning matters. He has successfully represented thousands of clients in all matters relating to living trusts, estate planning, probate, business formation and planning, real estate, elder law, and advanced tax planning strategies. Mr. Gilbert is the founder of Music City Estate Law. He is licensed to practice law in California, District of Columbia, Florida, and Tennessee. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Tennessee Bar Association, the, former member of ARAG, Attorney Advisory Committee, and member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a cooperative alliance of nationally recognized estate-planning attorneys dedicated to bringing their clients the finest estate planning advice and documentation possible. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from George Mason University and his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. Mr. Gilbert is a proud Eagle Scout. He is married with four children, two dalmatians and two cats.
