This program will provide important information to lawyers (and non-lawyers) regarding the ethics of law office management and supervision of non-lawyers. Proper and ethical management the law office is extremely important and paralegals and non-lawyers can be a crucial part of a law firm’s legal team and participate in the provision of legal services to clients. Paralegals can perform multiple tasks and projects under the supervision of a licensed attorney. Paralegals also assist in managing the law office and in recognizing and preventing (or mitigating) ethics violations.
