In this presentation we will review the basic rules for ABLE Accounts, 3^rd Party Special Needs Trusts, and 1^st Party Special Needs Trusts.  We’ll compare and contrast each of these 3 tools, when each tool should be used, and how they interact with each other.  We’ll also dive into public benefits and income tax planning steps that are available for these tools.
