Course Description

Organization is the “key” to successful trial preparation. If an attorney is not organized, they will not be as effective at trial; furthermore, lack of organization may open the door to potential malpractice claims. Organization is a team effort involving everyone in the firm and begins with the initial consultation with the client. This seminar, presented by Cari Sheehan of Indiana University – Kelley School of Business, will provide you with useful tips, checklists, and organizational techniques to help you prepare for trial successfully.
