Course Description
The fiduciary duties that are owed by shareholders to each other and to the corporation can vary greatly depending on whether the shareholder is in the majority or the minority. Understanding what fiduciary duties are owed, or not, is paramount to ensuring there is compliance or enforcing rights when there is a breach.
