Elizabeth (Beth) Milito, Esq.

Beth Milito is Executive Director of the NFIB Small Business Legal Center, where she leads the legal advocacy and litigation efforts of the nation’s largest small business association. A veteran attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing and advising small businesses, she serves as a leading voice on labor, employment, tax, and regulatory issues. Beth frequently testifies before Congress and state legislatures, appears in national media, and advocates for small business interests in courts across the country. She holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University.
