Both consist of the same video and the same course material. With the rebroadcast option, you will receive live, participatory credit as there is a chat box where you may submit questions to have the speaker answer at the end of the program. With the on-demand option, you may participate at your leisure for one year from the Date of Purchase. Our On-Demand course videos will expire from our website after 18 months.

We offer a discount code of 50% off for more than five attorneys that would like to sign up for a course.

If you would like to receive credit you would need to view more than half of the course for your attendance to be verified.

You can view the course video through a desktop, laptop, iPad, or phone if you have internet access.

We do not offer MP3 or DVD formats. Our courses can only be viewed online and cannot be downloaded. All our courses do come with course materials that can be downloaded and printed out.

If you are licensed in more than one State our website allows you to input one primary and alternate state license.

LawPracticeCLE will automatically seek CLE approval for your first twelve (12) completed courses in your primary and alternate state license within 30 days of completion. Should you need additional credits submitted to your state bar(s), please contact our administration team, [email protected]. We encourage you to review our State CLE Rules page for further details. Attorneys in these states are welcome to take courses with LawPracticeCLE, but CLE credit is not available in these states: Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Oregon and Wisconsin.

Once you sign up for a live webinar or live rebroadcast course, a separate email containing the join link will be sent to the registrant’s email. 

Once you sign up for an on-demand course the course video will be located in your “My On-Demand Courses” section to view through your account.

Once you complete an On-Demand course on our website you will see a “Mark Complete” button right below the course video. Once you press the button, we will receive a notification and verily your attendance. Certificates of attendance are sent to you via email within three to four business days if not sooner. Live webinar attendance is automatically verified the following business day, and certificates of attendance are issued via email within three to four business days if not sooner.

The course materials are accessible during the webinar. Once you join the webinar you will see the course materials on the top left-hand side to download once the webinar starts.

Course materials for On-Demand courses are readily accessible within your LawPracticeCLE account. Once you navigate to the course video, you will see an option located above the video player labeled for downloading the course manual or supporting materials. Simply click the provided link to access and save the materials for your reference. Should you experience any issues locating or downloading the files, please contact our support team for prompt assistance.

The LP365 Unlimited subscription is good for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase with the ability to cancel at any time. The subscription will auto-renew one-year from date of purchase, if not canceled prior to it. If you wish to cancel after you have been charged, please contact LawPracticeCLE within 14 business days to receive a full refund.

To cancel registration to a live event and receive a refund, please send a written cancellation request to [email protected]. All requests for refunds must be received two or more weeks prior to the course date and will be subject to a $50.00 administrative fee. Please note that an administrative fee will not be charged to reschedule a course. Registrants who are “no-shows” for an event or cancel a registration less than two weeks prior to a scheduled event, will not qualify for a refund or credit for other courses.

LawPracticeCLE will provide full refunds requested within 72 hours of the purchase date unless you have received CLE credit for a course. Once you have claimed CLE credit and / or received a certificate for a course, the course can no longer be refunded. After the 72-hour period, you cannot receive a refund, however, exchanges or substitutions will be provided if available.

Refunds requested for renewals or purchases more than 30 days old will be issued a credit in that amount on their account only.

Yes. If you decide to upgrade to the LP365 Unlimited Subscription within 30 days of your original course purchase, the full amount of that course may be credited toward your subscription. To initiate this upgrade or to receive additional information, please contact our team at [email protected]. We will be glad to assist you with a smooth and seamless transition.

There are no codes that you need to submit once you complete a live webinar.

Live webinar attendance is automatically verified the following business day, and certificates of attendance are issued via email within three to four business days if not sooner.

Only the registrant that signed up for the subscription can access our courses and receive certificates of attendance.

Yes, LawPracticeCLE will seek approval with the NALA for paralegal credit. A paralegal can then submit their certificate of attendance and a copy of the NALA course approval for credit via reciprocity.

Effective August 1, 2021, all new LawPracticeCLE courses produced in 2021 and beyond include closed captioning. Additionally, a call-in number is available for the participant to utilize a Bluetooth device to magnify the volume.

Absolutely. Each individual needing CLE credit will need to register for the course. At the time of the viewing, one person can login in a designated conference area. In order to ensure attendance is recorded for all participants, each will need to execute the Sign In Sheet.
