Accreditation Policy

     LawPracticeCLE will seek approval of any CLE program where the registering attorney is primarily licensed and a single alternate state (for a total of two) with exceptions stated below. The application is submitted at the time an attorney registers for a course, therefore approval may not be received at the time of broadcasting. In the event a course is denied credit, a full refund or credit for another LawPracticeCLE course will be provided.

     Please visit our State Rules page for information regarding your state’s CLE Rules and/or contact information for your state bar. Each state has its own governing rules and regulations regarding CLE courses and formats, therefore please contact your state MCLE regulatory entity for further details and requirements.

     LawPracticeCLE will grant credit in the following states through reciprocity, therefore direct application will not be made in these jurisdictions:

Each On-Demand course is available to you for 1 year from the date of purchase. Additionally, CLE credit is only available within that year.

Retired LawPracticeCLE courses are available for informational purposes only. For these courses, accreditation will not be sought, attendance will be not be reported and certificates will not be provided.

After the 18 month “available” shelf life, courses are retired and can be viewed for information only.

Retired courses will be labeled and branded with a retired course manual cover.
