Robert Litt, Esq. has been practicing Tax Certiorari, Condemnation, and Real Estate law for almost 30 years.
He currently represents several large property owners in the hotel industry as well as in the commercial, retail, office and industrial building community. Mr. Litt has tried numerous matters in both Nassau and Suffolk Supreme Court for valuation cases and he negotiates on a regular basis with all jurisdictions.
Mr. Litt is currently Special Counsel for Tax Certiorari for the Long Island Diner Association and the Condo-Coop Association, as well as for many members of the Long Island Service and Repair Station Group. He is a member of the Tax Certiorari Bar for Nassau and Suffolk County and the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Litt was previously a member of the Town Attorney’s Office for the Town of Hempstead and Deputy County Attorney of Nassau.
Mr. Litt is admitted to practice before the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut State and Federal Courts as well as the New York Supreme Court.
