Matthew J. Kreutzer is a member in the Las Vegas office of Howard & Howard PLLC. He is certified by the California State Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization (the “CBLS”) as a Specialist in Franchise and Distribution Law. Experienced in all facets of franchise law, Mr. Kreutzer assists both start-up and mature franchisors with developing, protecting, and licensing their franchise and distribution systems. As part of this practice, he counsels companies regarding the laws and regulations pertaining to franchising nationwide and assists them in creating their contracts, franchise disclosure documents, and other critical operational documents. He also responds to state administrative inquires and investigations and obtains exemptions and interpretive opinions from regulatory agencies. Mr. Kreutzer serves as Chair of the CBLS’s Franchise and Distribution Law Advisory Commission. He was named a Franchise Times “Legal Eagle” from 2013 – 2021; a “Super Lawyer” by Mountain States Super Lawyers® from 2013 – 2021; and one of the Best Lawyers in America® from 2016 – 2021.

Mr. Kreutzer received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and B.S. from American University. He is admitted to practice in Nevada, California and Maryland.
