Thomas Morrow is a skilled intellectual property attorney, licensed to practice before the United States Patent Organization. Thomas is also an accomplished engineer with significant experience in aerospace systems and oil-and-gas-related exploration. Thomas worked for NASA as an in-house intellectual property and general law attorney, as well as with several startup companies. He’s negotiated hundreds of multi-million-dollar contracts and provides intellectual property advisement to several of Axiom’s Fortune 500 clients.
Thomas’s broad-based domestic and international experience includes considerable knowledge of patent preparation and prosecution, trade secret protection, freedom to operate opinions, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, proposal development, U.S. Government procurement oversight, human research compliance, blockchain software and other IP licensing, as well as the management of subcontractors, budgets, and people.
