Nicole Haimson

Nicole Haimson is an experienced litigator, and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology team, who focuses her practice on intellectual property; art law; privacy; cyber/media law; commercial; employment; and professional liability matters. She has considerable experience in both federal and state court, with mediation techniques and in conducting complex e-discovery. Nicole provides reliable legal counsel to participants in the creation, licensing, sale, lending, gifting, merchandising, and displaying of art. She also leverages her education in art history, knowledge of the impact of public art on blighted communities, and general passion for the arts as a contributor to the firm’s Art Law Perspectives blog.
