He has spoken in over 30 national broadcasts, has been President of his local Estate Planning Council and served in the Virginia legislature for ten years. His practice includes the use of LLCs, corporations, and trusts for business owner clients. His presentations are aimed at solving common practical issues in the practice of law regarding business issues and structures.
