Ms. Barnes serves as Counsel at Feldman Legal Advisors, a New York-based cannabis and psychedelics business law firm. She has unparalleled experience drafting and helping to implement policy reform measures relating to the decriminalization of psychedelics and the regulation of cannabis. She was a lead drafter of the nation’s first psilocybin decriminalization ordinance, Denver’s Psilocybin Decriminalization Initiative, in 2018, and has worked on dozens of other related policy projects across the U.S. She is currently licensed to practice law in California, Colorado, and Texas.
