In accordance with the internal decision effective June 1, 2022, LawPracticeCLE has chosen to suspend its affiliation with the MCLE Board of the Supreme Court of Illinois and discontinue the provision of MCLE credits in the state of Illinois. Thus far, LawPracticeCLE has implemented exceptional measures and precautions to ensure compliance with relevant state laws and requirements. LawPracticeCLE has made multiple attempts to remove all attorneys licensed by the Illinois Bar from its mailing lists. Customers of LawPracticeCLE who have designated the State of Illinois as their Primary or Alternate state(s) of licensure have been contacted and/or reminded via email regarding the new regulations.

Consequently, LawPracticeCLE has included the following statement on the Illinois State CLE section of its website: “LawPracticeCLE does not seek accreditation or report attendance for any courses in Illinois.” (https://lawpracticecle.com/illinois-cle/)

Any errors or deviations from the required operating procedures by LawPracticeCLE have occurred unintentionally, and we take this opportunity to reaffirm our responsibilities as a provider of Continuing Legal Education (“CLE”) credits. We assure you that moving forward, we will continue to fulfill all our obligations to the best of our abilities.

It is important to note that the LP365 Unlimited product is limited to a maximum of twelve (12) CLE courses for reporting. For additional reporting availability in permissible states, attorneys may request supplementation by notifying LawPracticeCLE via email, subject to an additional fee, to ensure that there are no restrictions.
