Charlee Thomas is an Associate Attorney at Lepore Taylor Fox LLP, a Chambers-ranked boutique immigration law firm based in New Jersey. Charlee’s experience includes working with both corporate and individual clients. She works with domestic and multinational companies across a multitude of industries on immigration strategies and compliance. She supports individual clients in their immigration goals, including marriage and family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, citizenship and naturalization, travel authorization, and work authorization. She has experience with nonimmigrant visas (including B-1/B-2, F-1, H-1B, J-1, L-1A/L-1B, O-1A/O-1B, P-1, and TN), PERM labor certification, EBs, adjustments of status, and consular processing.
Charlee received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, West Virginia.
