Paul is an ICC-Certified Coach and MBTI-Certified Practitioner who specializes in teaching coaching and other leadership skills to leaders across the country.
He has experience in public education, oil and gas, investment c, banks, credit unions, and even a short time as a car salesman (another story for another day). He helps leaders become more confident in their ability to coach and lead teams.
He lives in the Houston, TX area with his beautiful wife, Iris. They have two children, Emily and PJ. Ever since the pandemic, he’s discovered painting (thank you Bob Ross) and gardening. His obsession with dad jokes, however, has only gotten worse. In fact, he once submitted 10 of his best puns in a dad-joke contest. However, none of them were winners. In fact, no pun in ten did.
