Sarah Carrier practices product liability, mass tort, and commercial litigation with a focus on the areas of pharmaceutical and consumer products. Sarah represents companies in global, national, and transnational matters, including advising clients at all states of litigation and government enforcement actions. Sarah regularly serves on trial work up teams on behalf of product manufacturer clients and has experience arguing before state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Sarah was in-house counsel for a large retail corporation, where she managed tort lawsuits throughout the Northeast United States. Sarah began her legal career at the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington D.C. before joining a large law firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. Sarah regularly speaks and writes on new topics in the class action space and has been recognized as a Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation. A native of Atlanta, Sarah is actively involved in the Georgia legal and business communities, including through serving as the Chair of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s Women’s Leadership Network.
Sarah Carrier is a litigation lawyer with experience in government, law firm, and corporate legal department roles.
