Many lawyers have heard about mindfulness for stress management, but they may not understand why it is so powerful. Though the common conception of mindfulness is sitting calmly and quietly, its applications are far more wide-ranging and powerful. In truth, mindfulness can help lawyers face stress more skillfully and develop confidence in the process.
