Scott F. Gibson is a partner with the Mesa, Arizona law firm of Denton Peterson Dunn, PLC. His practice focuses on unfair competition law, which lies at the intersection of intellectual property law and employment law. Since 2008, Scott has been an adjunct professor of law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University teaching a course on Trade Secrets and Restrictive Covenants. He is a frequent speaker and author on unfair competition law, including how to use trade secrets and restrictive covenants to protect intangible assets.
