Mr. Lazarus is a renowned legal settlement services industry expert. He also serves as a consultant to trial lawyers across the country when they are dealing with complex issues that arise at settlement.
Mr. Lazarus received his BA from the University of Central Florida and his JD, with honors, from Florida State University. He also earned his LLM in elder law with distinction from Stetson University College of Law. As a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant (MSCC), Jason is certified by the International Commission on Health Care Certification.
