Ronika Carter is an attorney in Orlando, Florida, and her background is a combination of sports, business, intellectual property, and the practice of law. She has experience in corporate transactions, sports and entertainment law, contract drafting and analysis, and intellectual property prosecutions/portfolio management. Prior to accepting her current position, Ronika worked for a major U.S. law firm ranked on the Am 100. She also worked for a boutique law firm specializing in entertainment law and intellectual property prosecutions.

Ronika attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where she earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence. During law school, she served as the editor-in-chief of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Ronika also attended the University of Florida, where she earned both her master’s degree in business management, and her bachelor’s degree in sport management, with a minor in business administration. While studying at the University of Florida, Ronika served as President of the MSM Ambassadors, she completed an internship at a regional sports network, and she completed internships in several departments of the University of Florida Athletic Association, including the Compliance Department.
