This CLE will discuss how business disputes typically start and evolve. Through examples and case law, we will discuss some common themes which permeate shareholder disputes. While not all shareholder disputes are the same, there are generally common allegations contained in such litigations. Knowing what these claims are will help in both litigating such claims and trying to avoid the same.
