Course Description

This CLE program will provide an in-depth understanding of the Social Security Disability claims process. Focused on practical skills and guidance, it will cover the definition of disability, filing a Social Security disability claim, the claim process, and the disability analysis used by adjudicators. By the end of the program, attendees will have a solid understanding of the role representatives play supporting clients through the Social Security disability claims process, as well as the necessary strategies for compiling and submitting the right information and argument to maximize a claim’s chances of approval.
