Kent D.B. Sinclair is an attorney and arbitrator with over 30 years of experience helping clients resolve a broad range of commercial and civil disputes. He specializes in arbitration, particularly in disputes involving technology-related issues, the financial services sector, and owners and investors within partnerships, closed corporations and joint ventures.

Kent serves and an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association (AAA) commercial, large complex case, and technology panels. His experience includes cases involving investment fund agreements, joint ventures, technology licensing, software and hardware development, equipment leases, cybersecurity incidents, and the manufacture and sale of goods. He represents companies and not-for-profit organizations in business litigation and commercial arbitration proceedings.

Kent holds a law degree from Yale Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Bates College. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
