Lisa Romeo is Vice President at the American Arbitration Association's Boston Regional Office, where she oversees arbitrator recruitment, outreach, education, and business development for commercial disputes in New England, while also managing large, complex commercial arbitrations in Massachusetts and New York. With more than three decades at the AAA, she holds a B.A. from Bates College and a Master of Science in Management from Lesley University, and serves as national co-lead for technology business development while conducting outreach across the cannabis, insurance, and franchise sectors.
