She serves as ADA counsel to leading hospitality, banking, higher education, and retail companies, has handled numerous disability access lawsuits involving physical facilities and digital accessibility, previously oversaw ADA Title III enforcement at the U.S. Department of Justice, and is the Editor of the ADA Title III News & Insights Blog.
