Kaitlin brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in managing complex legal challenges to clients in a wide range of industries. Her diverse background spans cybersecurity, data privacy, and complex litigation, including leading cybersecurity incident response teams, advising on compliance issues, and coordinating with international counsel.

Kaitlin handles ransomware and data extortion cases, and advises on compliance with state and federal laws, including HIPAA, FERPA, and GLBA. Her work extends beyond crisis management to include the development of privacy programs and pre-incident response strategies, as well as creating and delivering comprehensive training for attorneys who are new to cybersecurity.

Kaitlin is also an experienced litigator, serving as second chair in a pivotal product liability trial and assisting clients throughout all phases of complex litigation. From initial client interviews through jury trials, her responsibilities have included leading discovery processes, preparing key legal motions, and actively participating in court proceedings.
