Course Description

Attendees will be given a brief primer on sleep: They will learn how much sleep people need on average, and why sleep is important for healthy brain function. Attendees will then learn how sleep is specifically important for cognitive abilities including memory, creative problem-solving, and error monitoring, and why sleep loss can disrupt these abilities. They will then be given science-backed tips to improve sleep quality.
