Course Description

This program will cover the basics of consumer food and other consumer packaged goods class actions, developing trends, and claims and defenses. We will survey consumer protection claims made in food and beverage, supplements, and beauty and personal care products. We will also cover Proposition 65 enforcement and litigation in the CPG area.
