Course Description
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion have taken a major hit both legally and culturally in the past three years. This seminar discusses the origin of the concepts and the legal and cultural status of DEI in the United States and offers a possible path to accomplish at least some of the objectives of DEI without encountering legal issues or organizational resistance.
