Jacob G. Shulman is a corporate associate at McCarter & English, where he works with the venture capital, fund formation, and mergers and acquisitions practices. Prior to joining McCarter, Jacob worked at a corporate law boutique and a large New York law firm. He has extensive experience advising representing companies and investing vehicles throughout their business life cycle, with a focus on strategic transactions including mergers and acquisitions and raising capital. He also represents clients in venture and emerging growth companies’ investment transactions, investment management strategies, private equity, and general corporate matters in a variety of industries. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and his law degree from Rutgers Law School.
