Daniela Burg is Claims Counsel at Embroker with more than 15 years of experience navigating complex liability matters and professional liability claims. She manages a diverse portfolio of matters including Directors & Officers (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Technology Errors & Omissions (Tech E&O), and Cyber liability matters. She regularly manages cyber breach claims, coordinating breach response efforts, working with forensic investigators and breach counsel, and helping insureds navigate legal, regulatory, and business risks following security incidents. Daniela is a former insurance defense attorney licensed to practice law in New York. She holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. Outside of work, Daniela is a proud mom to two energetic boys and a devoted human to a sweet pitbull named Nala.
