Throughout her career at the firm, Reiko has handled some of the most high-profile data breach litigation matters to date. She practices regularly in federal and state courts around the country.
Working closely with attorneys from the privacy and insurance coverage teams, Reiko represents and counsels a wide array of clients in various matters concerning litigation and privacy – including incident response, multidistrict litigation, and class action settlement.
Reiko has extensive experience supporting clients in all stages of pre-litigation and litigation, from motion practice, discovery, settlement, and trial.
