Shaun Staller, Esq.

Shaun is a business immigration and global mobility attorney with broad international experience and over a decade in practice. He counsels businesses and individuals across all industries in navigating the complex U.S. immigration system. Shaun has expertise in all facets of business immigration, including: designing robust global immigration programs for multinational employers, securing employment-based visas, and assisting entrepreneurs with starting or investing into businesses in the U.S.  He regularly represents clients before federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (USCIS, ICE), the Department of Labor, and the Department of State—cutting through the jargon to render practical, actionable advice. Having lived in Barcelona and Puerto Rico, Shaun is fluent in Spanish and Catalan, and conversant in Portuguese (Brazil). He is a Partner with Eckert Seamans in their Philadelphia office, and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA), l’Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (MA), and Temple University School of Law (JD).
