Dr. Molinaro is currently a full-time mediator specializing in cases with complex medical issues such as medical malpractice and personal injury. He is a neutral with Alternative Resolution Centers (“ARC”) and an arbitrator with the Office of the Independent Administrator which handles cases for the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan. He earned his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School in 1991 and his law degree from Chapman University School of Law in 2005. He completed a one-year dispute resolution training program at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in 2024. He currently practices clinical medicine only once a month and remains active as a utilization review physician for worker’s compensation matters.
