Scott Campbell represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, commercial leases and subleases, construction and permanent financing, senior housing, loan workouts and restructuring.
Scott represents leading commercial banks and institutional lenders, including Wells Fargo Bank, U.S. Bank, Key Bank and Washington Federal Savings, in real estate finance transactions. He serves on the firm’s Opinion Committee and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating opinion letters in multistate transactions.
Scott’s experience includes handling real estate matters involving office buildings, retail projects, multifamily, long-term-care facilities, office/warehouse and industrial property. He has extensive experience in office and retail leasing matters throughout the country. Scott has provided pro bono services on real estate matters for Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County.
