Sean Jackson

Sean Jackson is a seasoned litigator who represents companies and public entities in a variety of civil litigation, with an emphasis on employment and transportation matters. He has conducted jury trials and arbitrations in a variety of cases. He also leads internal investigations related to issues arising in the workplace, and he helps employers protect confidential and competitive information.  

Sean’s employment practice includes the defense of public and private employers in claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour violations. He handles matters filed with state and federal agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Washington Human Rights Commission and the Washington Employment Security Department.

Sean helps employers avoid litigation by offering guidance and management training seminars on:

  • Leave and disability laws;
  • Employee discipline;
  • Personnel policies and handbooks;
  • Employment agreements and noncompetition agreements; and
  • Internal investigations.

Additionally, Sean regularly represents commercial trucking companies, large common carriers and municipalities in matters involving claims of catastrophic personal injuries and deaths.
