Milt’s practice focuses exclusively on information technology-related transactions, including software-as-a-service and other cloud computing transactions, as well as outsourcing, software licensing, ERP, and healthcare technology agreements. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Milt worked for over a decade in the IT industry.
