Dustin Zacks is in private practice in West Palm Beach. A graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Michigan Law School, he has handled hundreds of foreclosure defense cases. Dustin’s work in discovering robo-signing practices of banks and servicers has been cited by the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Inspector General, the former Ohio Secretary of State, and the Congressional Research Service.
Dustin has published over ten law review articles regarding foreclosures. His research has been cited as authority by both federal and state courts and by law professors. His latest article, No Brakes: Loan Acceleration and Diminishing Foreclosure Defenses (with co-author Eric A. Zacks), will be published in a forthcoming edition of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law.
As a result of his trendsetting work in foreclosure defense, Dustin is routinely invited to lecture attorneys nationwide regarding foreclosure issues. He has appeared on or has been quoted by numerous national and local media outlets, including CBS Evening News, BBC News America, National Public Radio, Fox Business Channel, Washington Post, USA Today, Reuters, Associated Press, Bloomberg, and many more.
