Peter C. Grenier is a principal with the Washington, D.C., based law firm of Grenier Law Group PLLC, where he focuses his practice primarily in the areas of serious personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence and police misconduct. He has handled cases in more than 25 states in the course of his 29-year career, and has amassed more than $240 million in verdicts and settlements. Mr. Grenier has been recognized amongst the top personal injury lawyers both in the Metropolitan D.C. area and nationally, and has handled such notable cases as the Columbine High School shootings, the Virginia Tech massacre, Washington, D.C. Naval yard shootings, and the Amtrak Train 188 crash cases. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA), the D.C. Trial Lawyers Association, the Maryland Association for Justice (formerly MTLA), and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Grenier is a member in good standing of the state and federal bars of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia, as well as the federal courts of Colorado, the Western District of Oklahoma, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the federal appellate courts for the Third, Fourth, Tenth, and District of Columbia circuits. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
