Katie Matison

Katie Matison represents U.S. and international transportation and insurance clients in sophisticated complex high profile litigation, coverage disputes, and transactional matters. She regularly advises clients on the interplay between international treaties and federal laws. She is the Chair of the firm’s Transportation Industry Practice Group and leads the London Insurance Client Team. Katie is a very experienced trial lawyer and was a former felony prosecutor. For more than 20 years, Katie has defended London insurers in insurance coverage disputes.  

Katie concentrates her practice on all aspects of marine and non-marine complex litigation and transactions, including:
