W. Aaron Daniel is Board Certified in Appellate Practice by the Florida Bar and was named a Rising Star in Appellate Practice by Super Lawyers for 2019. Aaron dedicates 100% of his practice to appeals, practicing in every appellate court in Florida, both State and Federal. Aaron serves as secretary of the Florida Bar’s Appellate Court Rules Committee, and as Chair of Miami-Dade County Bar Association’s Appellate Courts Committee.
